Can I run Call of Duty: Black Ops below the system requirements?

You cannot. It just won't allow you. You can try to, but a message will popup saying "Your system does not meet the minimum system requirements for this game." You can try to work your way around it, but you would have to be very patient, and always be ready for the game to keep crashing....
