Organisms/Germs growing in ur make-up bag..?

Has any one seen the episode of the Tyra bank show where a lady comes on the show and looks at a make up bag under a microscope? Well u can se wat shes lookin at through the tv. Its pretty gross that things are livin in the make up brushes and eye lash curlers. They are tiny things moving around. Do u think it effects us alot once we put the make up on? or not much affect...
