How to deal with my cancer bf?

Ok we started dating and he has been very attentive and lovey lovey , than he kinda changed recently and keeps distance , I am pisces so even when he lies i see and read the truth in his eyes but he is very defensive all about it and just ignores me totally, my guess is that he doesn't like my social life and friends when i go out... but i am kinda of sick and tired of all this, cuz just because i go out with my friends doesn't mean that i don't care him or anything, i think i should move on cuz he hasn't called me or answered my calls more than 2 weeks already... no matter what i did he is in silent still and i am losing hope... grrr
