Umm, Bra size question?

Hi, I'm 14, and I'm a size 38D, is this normal? I actually wore sports bras up until like a week ago, I went into Victoria's Secret, and got a fitting. I started wearing real bras, and now all the girls in my locker room keep making fun. Am I normal, is this like Dolly Parton bad?
