My friend is starting to drive me mad ...help?

Ok first of all you have every right to be mad. This sounds a bit over bearing. Also 24 is certainly not old, and you have not missed your chance, its your life and when the time is right, things will fall in place for you. Its good that you understand that your friends life now centers around her kids, and to be honest at 24, 5kids are a lot to have in my opinion. So this is her life now. You can explain to her how you feel, a true friend understands. Or you can take some time for your self and indulge in some hobbies...and self rediscovery...refresh and see if it helps when you have to deal with her again. Your friend sounds consumed with 'being pregnant' and this makes me wonder if that is why she has 5 kids :S
