Is it possible for a girl to during dreams?

Well ... I just came back home from a weekend up north... where i wached this rodeo. I met this nice guy ...but im married and i love my hunsband. And my friends kept talking about him ... and how nice and cute he is...and that he sleeps with alot of girls. Then we went home i had a beer talked a lil bit more and then we went to bed. And my friend says that i was calling this guys name and I looked like i had an .... I dont remember my dream. But i do talk on my sleep. In the morning i woke up and i was supper wet down there.... Is this possible?
