Is our relationship going to crash and burn?

My boyfriend is a devout Catholic, and honestly, I don't know what I am. I don't agree with Catholic views/morals on gay marriage, abortion, contraception, etc. He doesn't try to push his beliefs on me though. We really care about each other and connect really well. We only fight about these views and beliefs though. However, we fight fair, express our opinions and concerns, and then make sure that we tell each other we love one another before we walk away. I don't know if our relationship will eventually end because of this. I just always have this nagging feeling in the back of my head telling me that I should get out before I'm in to deep, but we've been together for about 7-8 months now. Help please?
