Can i get preg on implant i think i am?

had my perido on may the 27 not had it since i am on the implant but have sings of beeing preg i always need a pee and cant stop eating soo tried but cant sleep at night got a little bump startin to come i will be 4 weeks and 6 days if i am? helpp what do i do am i pregant i hope i am
