Is my ear piercing infected?

The white stuff is pus, it's your body's way of cleaning your piercing. Don't twirl your earring unless you are doing it while washing because your hands will look clean but they probably have heaps of dirt and stuff on them that will make your piercing worse. Do leave the piercing in, clean it with warm salty water and it should clear up. DO NOT take the piercing out again, not until it's well healed. Don't worry about cleaning the jewelery until the piercing is healed.
