My Husband was arrested for DUI. The arresting officer called me looking for guns that my husband kept in?

storage. First conversation with the officer, he inferred abuse wanting to know where the guns were, he had the key to the storage. Second talk he didn't find the guns and again inferred abuse. Came to my house the following morning to return my husbands key and again inferred abuse. I have now been subpoenaed for a hearing for my husbands guns to be returned. The subpoena was left with my husband while I was at work. I called the number on the subpoena and spoke to the Prosecutor, who asked if I was still married and I got angry at him raised my voice told him I would be a hostile witness and he hung up on me. My question is do I have to testify, or can I go and refuse to answer the questions these insulting people may have? I hardly see a reason to dump someone just because they were arrested for a DUI.
