Should I start Romo vs Was or Rodgers vs TB?

I believe Romo will have a better game, Rodgers has done well so far but last week he was lucky to pad his stats with an insignificant QB keeper for a 1 yard TD which I wouldn't count on every week but it really is a toss up. I give the edge to Romo since he's been putting up good fantasy numbers for a longer period of time
