What advise should be given to a researcher entering Education?

In other words, teaching kiddies isn't is focus, but research in Hinduism and Sanskrit is. He wants to enter education as he wishes to teach, but would refer university students. I think that elementary is a good start to teach and this person if he gets his M.A. can easily make the transistion to teaching easily as he would have practical experience. Maybe in the future, he can teach Sanskrit to children (although children may not be into that type of education and may find it extremelly difficult as Sanskrit is in general difficult). The point is, educating children is a good start for a researcher and perhaps this person can make the transistion to university in the future.
