What to you think of people who advertise their good deeds?

not to be rude, are you not doing a similar action, as you have posted i think links to subjects websites that you have created, yes it does put doubt as to weather a person is sincere if they have to advertise there good deeds, was it just for self promotion or was it just a good deed wanting to be noticed.
